Yeah, problem with one of your posts. First off, Eucalypso sheets are not made of Eucalyptus, this is a lie and the company has been informed of such by their supplier, Lenzig. The sheets are made with Lyocell Rayon which is created with a range of hardwoods, but not Eucalyptus – Lenzig will confirm this, you can contact them at [email protected]. Second, the sheets are not organic – rayon is a man-made fiber created by dissolving tree pulp with chemicals and drawing the pulp into yarn. The USDA does not recognize this chemically intensive process as anything resembling organic. So other than the fact that the sheets are not made of Eucalyptus and are not Organic, the rest is OK.
