To help create a plastic-free future for our oceans, GOT BAG collects and recycles up to 9.9 pounds of plastic from the ocean for every GOT BAG made. To date, GOT BAG’s efforts have recovered and recycled more than 1 million pounds of plastic from the ocean. Benjamin Mandos founded GOT BAG while on a sailing trip in Southeast Asia. He was shocked by the images of the floating garbage patches mainly formed of plastic. He knew he did to do something about it and launched the company in 2016. GOT BAG wants to create awareness about the amount of plastic we use and to encourage people to think circularly. The GOT BAG team is lovely, and it’s a very inspiring culture to work in.

More than 1.7 million pounds of plastic have been kept out of the ocean, and there has been no deforestation associated with the creation of any HP paper. It is the top recycler of printer supplies in the world and has pledged to eliminate 75% of all single-use plastic from its packaging by 2025.

If you look at their website, it’s quite transparent in terms of their sustainable initiative. All their products have a nutrition label and associated emissions.
