These orange flavoured multivitamin chewable tablets have been formulated by the Vegan Society, and each bottle of 180 tablets is a six month supply for adults. The supplement provides EU recommended daily allowances (RDAs) of the following:
Vitamin B2 (1.6mg – 114%), Vitamin B6 (2mg – 143%), Vitamin B12 (25µg – 1000%), Vitamin D3 (20µg – 400%), Folic Acid (200µg – 100%), Iodine (150µg – 100%), Selenium (60µg – 109%).
Directions: Adults should have one tablet per day and children aged 2-12 will only need half a tablet per day. It is recommended to chew or crush the tablets for maximum absorption. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Veg 1 is the UK’s leading vegan multivitamin supplement and it is recommended that vegans take this supplement because most of your nutrients comes from animal products. From experience, my teeth has become stronger since taking Veg 1. This is due to the fact that many vegan products such as cereals contain a lot of sugar, which isn’t good for you. The taste is just like most vitamin supplements, it isn’t the best, but the taste that it leaves in your mouth isn’t that bad. Many other supplement brands have a bad aftertaste which can make you nauseous. It is also vegan approved which is always a plus.
I like Veg 1 because you get more for your money than any other multivitamin supplement. However, you do have to be very careful when using Veg 1. The recommended intake is one tablet per day, however I would recommend half of a tablet per day. The reason for this is because it contains so many vitamins and minerals that there have been reports that ONE tablet per day may cause an overdose. I have been taking one tablet per day, although I have heard of people that have taken one tablet every two days and you wouldn’t believe how bad they have swelled up! I could never do that, so half a tablet per day should be fine.
Veg 1 is like a miracle tablet! It can cure all those illnesses that you have been having problems with such as alopecia, weight loss, fatigue, weak bones, etc. Recently, my uncle passed out through a family celebration, and when he was taken to the hospital, the doctor’s told my mother that he was suffering from fatigue and a lack of minerals. I recommended my mother to take Veg 1, and I believe it has helped a lot lately. My sister’s period has become much stronger, and all the other terrible symptoms have gone away. I highly recommend, Veg 1 if anyone.
